Warfare Show Bring and Buy
1. The Bring and Buy is located in the Thames Suite at the Rivermead Complex. 2. The Bring and Buy is not contracted out to outside organisations. It is managed and run by the Wargames Association of Reading. 3. Entry to the Bring and Buy will only be through the main show entrance. You must pay the entrance fee or have an appropriate badge. 4. In order to be served as a buyer or seller you will need to wear your entry badge. 5. A small admin fee for sellers will apply. 6. We reserve the right to refuse items from prospective sellers. 7. A booking in form must be completed before an item can be accepted for sale. 8. Please read the Terms and Conditions before booking in. 9. The Bring and Buy Manager is Paul Hays (who is a club member, and the Chairman of the Wargames Association of Reading). WARFARE 2009 Bring & Buy Terms & conditions Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully! We reserve the right to refuse the display and sale of any item from the stand. Furthermore, we may refuse to deal with and/or eject any person who we think is abusing the good spirit of buying or selling at the show – 21st/22nd November 2009 THERE IS A SMALL CHARGE FOR THEIR DISPLAY. Non refundable. 50p per page max 5 items WARFARE, the members of the Wargames Association of Reading, associated helpers and the Rivermead Sports Centre, will not and cannot be held responsible for loss, by theft, damage, mis-lay or mis-record of any item that you wish to sell at the stand. You do so at your own risk! We will of course do our best to guard your items, but we cannot guarantee their security. We cannot compensate you for lost, missing, misplaced or mis-recorded items. 1. Please itemise them carefully, mark or secure your items so that they may be kept together as much as possible.especially books! 2. The team will try for the best price possible. Please tell us if you are willing to negotiate and give us some idea where you may be found. 3. A Commission of 10% is charged for selling your item(s). 4. Please tell us if you DO NOT wish to receive CHEQUES as you book in your items. Please tell us, as we will NOT always ask you? 5. Please keep your tickets safe, as they are your proof of ownership (record the colour and numbers of them on something). Without them there is no reclaim of items or money! 6. You may leave your items on the stand overnight on Saturday as they should be secure. This stand will CLOSE at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday No item is secure without your vigilance and help, so help us to help you have a great show! |
